Do they include taxes? Flokzu prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include taxes or withholdings that may apply in your country. Where applicable, these charges must be added to the subscription amount. ### If I am subscribed to a paid plan, which users in my organization do I need to pay for? You must pay for each active user in your organization. Active users are those who have confirmed the invitation sent through Flokzu and can participate in the processes configured within the platform. ### If I add or remove users from my account, how does this affect my subscription? Monthly billing is calculated based on the number of active users in your account during that month. You can adjust the number of users according to your organization’s needs. ### Is there a special discount for educational institutions and NGOs? Yes. At Flokzu, we are committed to promoting Business Process Management (BPM) and supporting organizations that create a positive impact. That’s why we offer special discounts for educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. Contact us to learn more about the available terms. ### What payment methods can I use? You can pay for your subscription using a credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway. In addition, if you choose annual billing, we also offer the option to pay by bank transfer. ### Some users are not actively using Flokzu. Do I still need to pay for them? If a user has confirmed the invitation sent through Flokzu, they will be considered an active user and must be included in the subscription. If they no longer use the platform, you can remove them from your account to avoid continuing to pay for that user. If you need to add them again later, you can send them a new invitation. ### Can I cancel my subscription or change my current plan? Yes. You can cancel your subscription, change your plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Please note that Flokzu does not offer refunds. For this reason, we recommend making changes to your subscription at the end of the corresponding billing period. ### Do organizations with a large number of users receive a volume discount? Yes.
