PIM Capital was launched in 2014 by the stakeholders of the Prime Financial Services Group in South Africa to meet the offshore fund requirements of wealth and asset managers, as well as independent financial advisors across Sub-Saharan Africa. Since then, the business has evolved to cater to clients in different jurisdictions across various fund structures and mandates.

Context
PIM Capital faced numerous challenges that led them to seek a BPM tool like Flokzu. The organization struggled with productivity, efficient working, poor customer experience, missing audit trails, and poor quality due to outsourced operations. In FY23, PIM Capital decided to transition from outsourced operations to in-house operations. When they started working with Flokzu, they prioritized the processes and operation areas, implementing internal processes first, followed by client-facing processes.

What's next?
“Our next target is to integrate everything with Flokzu and make it a centralized tool”. Moreover, “PIM Capital has global businesses in Guernsey, Mauritius, South Africa. We have already implemented Flokzu in many processes in Mauritius, and we are currently in the implementation stage with South Africa business. Hopefully in six months we'll be implementing Flokzu in Guernsey business and within a year we'll be implementing Flokzu in Botswana business”.
