Starting September 1st, Micaela Suárez will take on the role of CEO, succeeding Manuel Gros, who steps down after 4 years of leadership, achievements, and transformation. This transition has the unanimous approval of the Hyperclear board, the South African business group that owns Flokzu, and reinforces our commitment to continue innovating and growing worldwide.
The legacy of Manuel Gros
Manuel joined Flokzu four years ago with a clear goal: to take our BPM solution to new horizons. Over the past four years, he led the company’s global expansion, consolidating operations in multiple countries and strengthening our value proposition for organizations across industries.
Among his greatest milestones was leading the merger with Hyperclear, a move that enhanced our capabilities, opened new market opportunities, and positioned Flokzu as a key player in the sector at an international level.
Under his leadership, Flokzu not only grew in size but also in innovation, further improving the quality of our BPM software and the customer experience.
A natural successor: Micaela Suárez
With Manuel’s departure, it was only natural for Micaela Suárez, our current Chief Revenue Officer, to take the helm. Her appointment as CEO has been unanimously endorsed by Hyperclear’s board, recognizing her capabilities, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the business.
In recent years, Micaela has played a pivotal role in Flokzu’s growth, leading the global revenue strategy, opening new markets, and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners worldwide.

Micaela holds a degree in Economics and an MBA, pairing a strong analytical background with a people-centered leadership style. With over 15 years of experience in technology and outsourcing, she has led multicultural teams in sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, working with B2B companies of all sizes and industries, from fast-growing startups to corporations like Microsoft.
Her purpose is clear: “To design and lead strategies that enable organizations to scale, grow, and create sustainable value.” She believes in empowering teams, fostering continuous improvement, and generating real impact, always with a long-term vision.
