Context

Absa Bank's vision of becoming a fully digital institution led them to partner with our BPM solution. Recognizing the need to overcome bottlenecks in their digital transformation, Absa embraced our no-code automation tool. What began with automating a single process soon grew into a comprehensive project spanning multiple areas and workflows. Throughout their journey, our collaboration flourished, with one of our process analysts even venturing to Mauritius to work together to continue to find innovative ways to optimize their processes. The results are truly outstanding, between 2022 and 2023 they received award such as: “Outstanding Use of Technology by a Transaction Bank”, “Best Pure Play Digital Initiative” and “The Most Innovative Digital Banking Platform” among other innovation and digital transformation recognitions.
