Context
The goal for 2018 was to incorporate in INTEGRADOC (now called Flokzu on-premise) all the folders of administrative procedures as an evaluation of the tool. After the success of this first experience in 2019, the affiliates' files were incorporated. At the same time, the systems for purchases, medical expertise, and sickness benefit processes were also developed. Our tool's low-code and no-code features were vital to the agility in the initial definition of these processes, their evolution, and subsequent adjustments that were naturally necessary.

successful transition from paper to digital. The Bank could keep its administrative processes running almost without interruption when there was no possibility of exchanging physical documents.
