Context
In December 2018, the opportunity arose to work with one of the largest energy companies in Latin America. The organization was looking for a BPM tool capable of efficiently managing its local Business Processes, and INTEGRADOC (now called Flokzu on-premise) was the chosen tool to carry this mission.
