Context
Initially, a joint team was defined, composed of our company's INTEGRADOC consultants (now called Flokzu on-premise) and Sika staff with business expertise but no previous experience with the tool. According to the BPM discipline, the team followed the 4 steps to improve business processes: model, automate, measure, and improve. The result is an autonomous and agile client with several processes up and running.
Results achieved
Training
A multidisciplinary team, including representatives from our organization and Sika, worked and developed a transversal process available for different company areas. Our tool was intended to be integrated into tasks involving the company's administrative and sales staff and customers.
Autonomy
Their team can perform maintenance tasks (such as updating forms or workflows) of their processes. In addition, they can perform evolutionary tasks and create new processes completely by themselves.
Time reduction:
Digital transformation resulted in time reduction, resource optimization, and better traceability of tasks and processes.
