The Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama is a government agency that regulates the Panamanian insurance industry. The primary purpose of the Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance is to develop activities aimed at strengthening the growth of the insurance industry, reinsurance, and captive insurance companies in general, as well as to control, regulate and supervise their operations to provide the national and international financial sector with efficient services that provide benefits to the country.

Context
IN 2017 we started working with one of the most prestigious organizations in Panama: the Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance. In December of that year, and on getting to know the organization, we traveled with a multidisciplinary team to the Republic of Panama. Our objective was to conduct an in-depth survey of their needs and requirements. The trip turned out to be a success, and in 2018 our on-premise tool was put into production by the Superintendence, thus promoting the beginning of a technological partnership. The result was the automation of processes transversal to the entire organization through INTEGRADOC technology (now called Flokzu on-premise). Search for greater operational efficiency, control and traceability of the work performed and to be performed by the different areas.
