Context
In 2016, as part of its process improvement policy, SURA Asset Management Uruguay selected INTEGRADOC (now called Flokzu on-premise) to automate document-based processes, initially in its Uruguay operation. We started working with the Benefits and Allowances process. Still, over time, other processes were added to improve customer service and support their commercial activities. Some of these processes are even integrated with robots for further automation (RPA technology).
