Contexto
The National Fire Department (NFD) chose INTEGRADOC (now called Flokzu on-premise) to meet the following objectives: - Strengthening the Department of Technical Advice, Control, Prevention, and Certifications. - Replacing the paper document with an electronic document. - Creating a computer application to support the enabling procedure fully.
Results achieved
Training
of approximately 500 users, including the Agency of Electronic Government and Information Society (AGESIC) and the Office of Planning and Budget (OPP).
Improvements
citizens obtained speed in the processing of their requests for authorization; greater convenience derived from the possibility of paying online or through payment networks from all over the country; and transparency throughout the process since it is possible to monitor the status of the procedures online.

The National Fire Department made several procedures available 100% online using our platform.
