Context
The National Development Corporation was one of the first public agencies to migrate all its procedures to digital format, using INTEGRADOC technology (now called Flokzu on-premise).
Results achieved
Transparency Award
In 2012, they obtained the first Transparency Award, granted by AGESIC and the Presidency of the Republic. The award recognizes the work of CND and INTEGRADOC to comply with the Law on the Right of Access to Public Information, using a module developed especially for this purpose.
Processes
They implemented more than 20 processes of different types, involving the areas of Legal, Human Resources, Administration, and Board of Directors.
Digital transformation
they migrated their procedures and documents to digital format, improving traceability and optimizing time and resources.
